Very often, the compiling and assessment of inventory proceed together. These mandates often come from banking institutions who want to ensure that the property on which they have granted a mortgage loan is still present on the premises. They also want to obtain an assessment of the value of such assets before authorizing any refinancing procedures. For example, we can also be mandated, by public organizations or by private clients, asking for the assessment of property present in the marital home, in the case of divorce proceedings.

These services are also very useful to the banking institutions, to determine if they should proceed to the realization of their security.
