Denver Boot Vehicle Sales

Sales of motor vehicles under judicial authority by mutual agreement are sold without legal warranty.

Each vehicle is sold as is and without keys (see the photos below). Sales take place weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 a.m. It is possible to preview the vehicles available every Wednesday preceding the week of the sale between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. at our storage location: 9405 Saint-Michel Boulevard, Montreal, QC H1Z 4G9.

Upon receipt of a commercially reasonable offer, we reserve the right to award the vehicle to the purchaser, without delay, following the expiration of the date and time limit for offers. Only the buyer whose offer is accepted will be contacted. The full amount of the sale price must be sent to us by Interac e-Transfer within one hour following the end of the auction.

Vehicles must be collected on the day of the sale before 4 p.m. at the storage location mentioned above. Otherwise, a daily fee of $25.00 (plus tax) will be charged to the purchaser.
